Returns and Refunds

  2. *Proof of Purchase*: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  3. *Condition of Items*: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

 

Refund Process:

  2. *Approval*: Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. *Return Shipping*: If your refund is approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. *Processing*: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
